quiet area gem
friendly staff on-site parking really good team efficient check-in
i found the staff very friendly.. one even helped me carry my suitcase. parking on the site was a definite bonus. the breakfast team was really good and very engaging. the check-in process was quick and efficient.
the tv offered very limited channels, slightly disappointing.

charming stay in leafy surroundings
helpful staff size room convenient location
the staff proved very helpful. i received a free upgrade to a king size room. the location is convenient to the high street, including shops and cafes. the accommodation was comfortable, quiet, and elegant.
I noticed the bathroom showed some signs of mould. the soaps didn't lather properly. the tv offered limited channels. This was a slight inconvenience.

staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet had very tasty food options.
the ceilings and corners had some cobwebs. i even saw a giant spider by the coffee area. checkout was at 11:00 o'clock, i have never checked out earlier before.

leafy area helpful staff good selection noisy cleaners slow wifi hot water
the hotel is in a leafy area. headingley is just minutes away. i found the staff cute and helpful. breakfast offered a good selection of cereals, juices, and yogurts.
the cleaners started shouting to each other early. i lost sleep because of the noise. i think this is unacceptable. the water didn't run hot quickly, and the wifi struggled to reach the top floor.

warm room dusty fan
The room was too warm. No air conditioning was available to adjust the temperature. the cleanliness was not good. I noticed dust on the fan and a cleaning rag left behind. i expect a higher level of attention to detail.
